This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit www.starktouchdevice.com (the “Site”) or send us an inquiry through it. We sell our products worldwide, so this policy is written to be consistent with the main data protection laws that may apply to you, and we apply it to all visitors wherever they are located.

The Site is operated by Shenzhen Superstark Technology Co., Ltd., a company registered in the People’s Republic of China at Room 1508, Building A, Zhong’an Science Park, No. 117 Huaning Road, Xinshi Community, Dalang Subdistrict, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China (“we”, “us”, “our”).

When you submit an inquiry through a form on the Site, we collect the information you enter:

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information (for example health data, ID numbers or payment card details). Please do not send it through the Site.

When you browse the Site, our analytics tools record technical information about the visit: the pages you view, the date and time, the page or search engine that referred you, your approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, and your browser, operating system and device type. This information is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.

We do not use your inquiry information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers. Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) and 51.LA, which provide the visit statistics described above, and our hosting and infrastructure provider, which stores the Site and its data.
- Legal requirements. Where we are required to disclose information by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
- Business transfer. If our business or assets are transferred, information may transfer with them, subject to this policy.
The content of your inquiry is not shared with anyone else. It is not published on the Site.
7. Where information is processed
Our servers and the service providers listed above may process your information outside the country where you live, including in China and the United States. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authority.
8. How long we keep information
- Inquiry records — kept while we handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and then for up to 24 months after the last contact, after which they are deleted or archived in line with our internal retention practice.
- Analytics data — kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics 4 and 51.LA. We do not control those settings in detail; you can read about them in the providers’ own documentation.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete information we no longer need;
- ask us to restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive information you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you previously gave, at any time.

If the law of the country where you live gives you additional rights, we will honour those as well. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
10. How we protect information
We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
The Site contains links to third-party websites and social networks, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter) and WhatsApp. These are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies before using them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
