1. Which sizes are available in this series?

This series covers 10.1" to 19" industrial monitors with the same sunlight-readable design. Sizes outside this range are available as customized models — tell us the cabinet opening and the resolution you need and we will confirm what can be supplied.

2. Can it really be read in direct sunlight?

Yes — that is what this series is built for. We combine a high-brightness backlight with an anti-glare front surface, and optical bonding is available as an option. In optical bonding the touch panel is laminated directly to the LCD instead of leaving an air gap, which removes internal reflections and raises contrast so the screen stays readable under strong ambient light. The exact brightness and bonding combination is selected per model and installation site, so tell us the location and we will recommend the configuration.

3. Is it waterproof, and what IP rating does it carry?

The front is rated IP65, which is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the screen can be used in outdoor kiosks, petrol stations and other harsh environments where it has to be wiped down or rained on. Higher protection levels (IP66, or IP67 for temporary immersion) can be engineered for specific projects.

4. Which touch technologies can I choose?

Projected capacitive (PCAP) multi-touch is the usual choice for outdoor and public-facing installations, and resistive or mouse-control (non-touch) versions are available on the same panel size. If your application involves gloves, rain or a protective cover, tell us and we will recommend the touch technology that still works reliably.

5. What power supply does it need?

The standard configuration runs from a 100–240V 50/60Hz input with an external 4A power adapter, so the same unit can be used in different countries without a voltage-specific variant. If your installation needs a different input or an integrated power solution, tell us your electrical specification and we will confirm what can be arranged.

6. What environments is it designed for?

This series is aimed at outdoor retail kiosks, petrol stations, and other harsh or semi-outdoor environments, so it uses industrial-grade wide-temperature panels and components rather than office-grade parts. The exact operating range depends on the model and on your enclosure and duty cycle — send us your environment conditions and we will confirm the applicable range for the model you choose.

7. Which certifications can you provide?

We ship to Germany, the United States, Japan, India and Korea, and we provide the certification documents required by the target market — for example CE for the European Union, FCC for the United States, PSE/TELEC for Japan, BIS for India and KC for Korea — together with RoHS compliance documentation. Certificates are model-specific and in some cases end-product specific, so tell us your destination market and the model you are considering and we will confirm the applicable certificates for that combination.

8. What about warranty and long-term OEM supply?

Standard warranty is one year, and extended warranty is available on request to match your project or service contract. For OEM integration we keep the display configuration fixed for your product, record the approved golden sample and control batch-to-batch consistency; if a panel, touch panel or driver board reaches end of life we inform you in advance and propose a drop-in replacement so production is not interrupted. Spare-parts and replacement-unit options are available.
