We ship to Germany, the United States, Japan, India and Korea and provide the certification documents required by the target market (for example CE, FCC, PSE/TELEC, BIS, KC and RoHS). Certificates are model-specific, so tell us your market and model and we will confirm the applicable documents.

7. How do you keep supply stable for a product we integrate into our own equipment?

For OEM integration we keep the configuration fixed for your product, record the approved golden sample and control batch-to-batch consistency. If a panel, touch panel or driver board reaches end of life we inform you in advance and propose a drop-in replacement so production is not interrupted. Spare-parts and replacement-unit options are available.
