3. Can this display be customized for our project?

Yes. We work as an OEM/ODM display partner: the panel size, front glass, touch type, brightness, interfaces, mounting frame and connector positions can be adapted to your mechanical design, and we can integrate camera modules or extra functions into the same assembly. Send us your drawing or sample requirement and we will confirm feasibility.

4. What is the lead time, warranty and certification situation?

Samples are normally about 7 days and mass production about 20-30 days after deposit and final approval. Standard warranty is one year and extended warranty is available on request. We ship to Germany, the United States, Japan, India and Korea and provide the certification documents required by the target market (for example CE, FCC, PSE/TELEC, BIS, KC and RoHS). Certificates are model-specific, so tell us your market and model and we will confirm the applicable documents.

5. How do you keep supply stable for a product we integrate into our own equipment?

For OEM integration we keep the configuration fixed for your product, record the approved golden sample and control batch-to-batch consistency. If a panel, touch panel or driver board reaches end of life we inform you in advance and propose a drop-in replacement so production is not interrupted. Spare-parts and replacement-unit options are available.
