1. Which sizes are available in this series?

This series covers 10.1" to 21.5" industrial capacitive monitors with the same mechanical and electrical design, so equipment makers can use one platform across several products. Sizes outside this range are available as customized models — tell us the cabinet opening and the resolution you need and we will confirm what can be supplied.

2. Is the front panel waterproof?

Yes. The front is a fully enclosed, seamless panel rated IP65, which is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so the screen can be wiped down or hosed in production and outdoor environments. The housing is aircraft-grade aluminium. Higher protection levels (IP66, or IP67 for temporary immersion) can be engineered for specific projects.

3. Can it be read in bright or outdoor light?

For semi-outdoor and outdoor installations we combine a high-brightness backlight with optical bonding, where the touch panel is laminated directly to the LCD instead of leaving an air gap. Optical bonding removes internal reflections and raises contrast, so the display stays readable under strong ambient light. The right brightness and bonding combination is selected per model and installation site.

4. What interfaces does the monitor support?

Standard configurations provide VGA, HDMI and DVI inputs, and I/O can be expanded for integration with the host machine. If your system needs additional ports, serial or fieldbus connectivity, tell us the controller you use and we will confirm the interface configuration for that model.

5. Does it support multi-touch, and can it be used with gloves?

Yes. Multi-point projected capacitive (PCAP) touch is the standard touch option, and this model supports glove operation, which is common in industrial and outdoor kiosk use. Resistive and non-touch versions are also available for the same panel size.

6. What operating temperature range can be supported?

We use industrial-grade wide-temperature panels and components together with industrial driver boards, so the monitor keeps working outside a normal office environment. The exact operating range depends on the model and on your enclosure and duty cycle — send us your environment conditions and we will confirm the applicable range for the model you choose.

7. Which certifications can you provide?

We ship to Germany, the United States, Japan, India and Korea, and we provide the certification documents required by the target market — for example CE for the European Union, FCC for the United States, PSE/TELEC for Japan, BIS for India and KC for Korea — together with RoHS compliance documentation. Certificates are model-specific and in some cases end-product specific, so tell us your destination market and the model you are considering and we will confirm the applicable certificates for that combination.

8. What about warranty and long-term OEM supply?

Standard warranty is one year, and extended warranty is available on request to match your project or service contract. For OEM integration we keep the display configuration fixed for your product, record the approved golden sample and control batch-to-batch consistency; if a panel, touch panel or driver board reaches end of life we inform you in advance and propose a drop-in replacement so production is not interrupted. Spare-parts and replacement-unit options are available.
